It became such a regular occurrence that my sister-in-law always found little "jewels" in his diaper. Food Bag? Sausage? I like the term "Meat Sack". We had to take him to the ER to find a button battery he swallowed and the x-ray technician remarked, "boy he's stuffed like a sausage." He had food from his stomach all the way through to the "end."
