Gingerbread "Man"

Dec 11th, 2007 | By Mike | Category: Humor Central

A co-worker came in today with an armload of Christmas Goodies that his kids made for us last night. While searching for the best cookie to take back to her desk another co-worker came across this beautiful Gingerbread Man, lovingly crafted by one of the children. I just had to take a snapshot of this priceless work of art and share it with all of you.

Merry Christmas!

My money says that gingerbread man has been trying to conceive.

He has my sympathies LoL.

Cute, real cute.

Too funny. Wonder what Freud would have to say about that. Sometimes a gingerbread man is NOT just a gingerbread mad!

I think that gingerbread man has some kind of VD, they shouldn’t be that red should they?

@Xbox4NappyRash, PatGlennon, Joe

It’s amazing that:

1) So far all Commenters have been guys.
2) All four of us (me included) immediately thought this was a “frontal” shot.

My son looked at this image and said the gingerbread man had “Mandrill Butt”.

Show him again in 15 years and he’ll be with US!

Freud is having a field day with this….

@Kim,

You know, that’s the first thing I thought when I saw him. “It would have been funnier if they were blue”.

@Xbox4NappyRash,

In 15 years they’ll be closer to his knees, and he’ll probably accidentally sit on them from time to time.

I’d have to say…that is the manliest gingerbread man I have ever seen. I’m jealous… :)

Poor guy. He could have at least put a longer sprinkle (we called them jimmies back home in Boston - probably a better word in this case) between there. That little green nub just doesn’t cut it.

@Jared, @BusyDad,

I think I have the scoop on the background story. I think “Mrs.” Gingerbread found several yellow sprinkles (blond hairs) on “Mr.” Gingerbread and gave him a quick doughy knee to his nether region.

What BusyDad perceives is a green sprinkle is actually a candy corn, but the swelling has all but obscured it. Somebody get him an icepack. ;)

Yet I see more than that. I see an elfin girl sitting right there in the middle of his tummy. Can no-one else see that?

@Jen - That is amazing, really. You gotta love a fresh set of eyes. I can totally see the elfin girl. She’s cross-legged and looking to her right.

@Jen,
You’ll have to forgive Chuck. He’s susceptible to suggestion. ;)

All I see is a really “melty” Frosty the Snowman and…. Holy Moly….he’s got the the same pair of “red things” as Mr. Gingerbread man.

@Chuck,
“Manah manah” (Inside Joke) ;)

@Xbox4NappyRash,
…no, really officer, that’s uhhh, “Oregano”!
